In case you haven't seen it, there is a whole thread about the 200 on RC:
http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1274301&perpage=25&pagenumber=1
and once you get done with the first 40 pages, here is the split:
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1569606
Just a little reading

Just be sure to run the wedge pipe wide open for about 3-4 weeks. It takes that long for it to slime up good and break in. Otherwise, watch for an overflow.

No problem. Many have learned that lesson the hard way.

How do you like the water feed being in line with the recirc? That looks to be the most efficient way. I think I'm going to redo my dart nw in a similar way.

so far i like it alot. I am feeding it direct from the overflow and it started to pull a light golden foam withing about 20 minutes. Now i see why verper likes his 250 so much.

Aren't you supposed to pump feed those? I thought they worked better that way?

No, they can be fed either way. Read all of those links I posted and you will see that both work fine.
